SHIPPING POLICY (ZAZU LEATHERS)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 5–10 business days
UK: 4–8 business days
USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
ZAZU Leathers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in locating the shipment.
🔁 EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for size or product changes within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and unworn
Tags must be attached
Original packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Once we receive the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped.
🛡️ WARRANTY POLICY (Very important for leather brand)
1 Year Leather Warranty
All ZAZU leather products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes:
Stitching defects
Broken zippers or hardware
Manufacturing faults in leather
This warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear
Scratches or damage from use
Water damage
Improper storage
Damage caused by accidents
If you believe your product has a defect, contact us with photos and order number.
💳 CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
❗ REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a customer refuses delivery:
Shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
