ZAZU LEATHERS – RETURN POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Free from scratches, stains, perfume or smoke smell
Returned with original packaging
All tags must remain attached
Customers may inspect and try the product as they would in a retail store. Items showing signs of wear or heavy use will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been worn or used
Leather has been creased due to usage
Tags have been removed
Item is damaged by the customer
Custom or made-to-order items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
